We provide our clients with regular status reports via phone, or via email, depending on your specific requirements. The reports keep track of your shipments throughout the forwarding and clearing process from the time of placement of the order through to final delivery of the consignment.
Our clearing departments can also provide customs tariff consultancy, assistance with the application of government permits, applications for tariff determinations and applying for customs refunds.
